It’s ALIVE… 50 Years To The Day
We’re beyond excited to announce a very special date and event
to our PARTNERS IN CRIME Tour!
In September of 1975 KISS took the world by storm with the release of their iconic album KISS ALIVE! That album was the culmination of (4) separate shows one of which took place at the Orpheum Theatre in Davenport, Iowa, on July 20, 1975. The Orpheum is now the
Adler Theatre, and on Saturday, July 19th, MR.SPEED will be stepping onto the very same stage in celebration of the theatre's 50-year association with one of the greatest live albums of all time.
We’re exceptionally proud to have been asked by the Adler Theatre to help them celebrate their connection with KISS and this iconic live recording. Two songs from those matinee performances in 1975 made their way onto KISS ALIVE, they were “100,000 Years” and “Let Me Go, Rock And Roll.”
We will be producing an exclusive “event only” T-shirt to commemorate our performance at the Adler Theatre that night that will only be available at this show, so you don’t want to miss it!

Living in a KISS World
While we were in Las Vegas last week we arranged a special photo shoot on a Friday night. In advance of our arrival we reached out to the management of the venue and secured some time to take photos in front of the walls of gold & platinum albums that greet visitors upon their arrival at the attraction. We also wanted to make sure that we could temporarily move the velvet ropes to allow for the best possible images in front of the bands recorded history.
We believe that by the photos shown here that we accomplished our goal and we’re super proud of the end result while being honored and humbled at the same time.

Upon arriving at the Sunset Station Casino last weekend, we were thrilled to see this incredible image on their amazingly beautiful billboard. It’s not every day that you get to see your name up in lights, and for us this certainly makes up for it.

We’ve shared a few outtake photos with you on our Facebook page, but these three photos will be added to our marketing portfolio for 2025 and ultimately help to take our KISS Tribute to new and exciting places.

Mark is having a new upper body piece to his costume made because he strives to always
want to give his best. It wasn’t ready in time to join us for our photo shoot, so he will
conduct his own very soon. Once he has done so, we will select an image that reflects that
of the legacy of “The Spaceman” with YOU.

🔥 Proud of Our Demon 🔥
With All Due Respect To The Danger Of The Act And The Legend Of Gene Simmons
We’re very proud of our “Demon” Shane Smith for wanting to take this aspect of his character portrayal more seriously by completing a Fire Breathing & Fire Safety course recently in Florida.
Shane met with Thomas Santiago of Fearless Fire whose resume includes Cirque de Soliel and Ringling Brothers Circus: https://fearlessfireretreats.com/about/
He then completed an online Fire Safety Course offered by the Flow Arts Institute, which specializes in fire safety specific to fire performers and the fire safety personnel that support them: https://flowartsinstitute.com/safety-training/
We appreciate Shane’s diligence in wanting to be better at his craft with both the preparation and execution of the act for not only himself but for YOU the fans that get to enjoy it. We can’t perform this everywhere we go but when we can we’re a little bit better prepared than we used to be.

Rockin' Hard in Sacramento
